- Payments are securely processed in full up front via our third-party processor, Stripe.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Client Cancellations: You must give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee.
- Our Cancellations: If we must cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled slot.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- We own all intellectual property rights for materials shared during coaching.
- This includes worksheets, frameworks, guides, and website content.
- You may download materials for personal use only.
- You must not copy, redistribute, or sell our materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Coaching is a collaborative process and does not guarantee specific financial or career outcomes.
- We are not liable for any business or personal decisions you make following coaching sessions.
- Our maximum liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service.

- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
