Liz Rowlands FCMI, GMBPsS is a Strategic Growth Specialist & Mentor based in Wrexham, North Wales. A Strategic Director, she has spent thirty years in business, strategy and leadership: advising SMEs, founding and scaling a business from £30,000 to £1 million in turnover, transforming an underperforming product portfolio, and securing more than £5 million in contracts and funding.
Today she works with ambitious business owners and leadership teams through the Business Blueprint diagnostic, the ORBIT Method, Strategy Masterminds, the 90-Day Growth Programme and ongoing Boardroom support, with a client app that keeps each client's strategy visible between sessions. Her MSc Psychology and specialist work in neurodiversity, menopause and workplace inclusion mean she examines not only what a business intends to achieve, but the human conditions required to deliver it. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, an EMCC UK member and a member of the West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce.
