Supporting women at work through menopause

Menopause affects experienced, skilled people at the point in their careers when organisations rely on them most. Without the right understanding, it shows up as lost confidence, sickness absence and good people leaving. Liz helps employers open the conversation, equip managers and put practical support in place, so colleagues get what they need and the organisation keeps its talent.

Liz is a member of the British Menopause Society, holds a Menopause Coaching Diploma and an MSc in Psychology, and was named Menopause & Neurodiversity Workplace Specialist of the Year 2026 at the Welsh Enterprise Awards.

Questions employers ask

What does workplace menopause coaching involve?

Coaching circles or one-to-one sessions for employees going through menopause, paid for by the employer. Sessions are confidential and practical: managing symptoms at work, confidence, energy and the conversations with managers. They sit alongside training so the whole organisation knows how to help.

How do you support women at work through menopause?

By working on three levels at once: awareness for all staff so people feel able to talk, training for managers so conversations and adjustments go well, and policy so support is consistent. Champions and coaching keep it going after the training.

Do you work with corporate teams outside North Wales?

Yes. Liz is based in Wrexham and delivers in person across North Wales, Chester and the North West, and virtually for teams anywhere in the UK.

How much does menopause training cost?

Awareness sessions start from £495 and half-day manager workshops from £1,495. Champions programmes, coaching and policy work are quoted for your organisation.
