Every business is a house: foundations, rooms, a front door, a roof — and the extension you want to build. Five quick questions tell Liz which part needs attention first. Then you build the full Blueprint together, in a Power Hour.
No right answers. Rough is fine — this is a starting point, not a test.
She sees which part of the house needs attention first and replies personally within two working days.
Sixty minutes, in person or online. Liz draws your house with you — real numbers, real hours, real clients — and you leave with one decision and written next steps.
Thirty days in the ORBIT workspace to hold your Blueprint, your actions and your first check-in — and to see whether a Mastermind or the 90-Day Programme is the right next step.
The Business Blueprint uses the analogy of a house to help business owners step back, see their business as a whole and decide what deserves their attention next. Rather than jumping straight into more marketing or chasing growth, it encourages you to work strategically from the foundations upwards.
What genuinely holds the business up: its clients, reputation, cash flow, expertise, team and the systems it relies on. If these foundations are weak or unstable, trying to grow can create more pressure rather than better results.
How customers discover and enter the business: websites, referrals, LinkedIn, networking and other marketing activity, and whether the next step is clear and easy for a potential customer to take.
The business's different products and services. Which rooms make money, which you enjoy spending time in, and which are taking up valuable space without contributing enough — so you can decide what to develop, reposition or let go.
Everything that protects the business and makes it sustainable: systems, processes, insurance, savings, contracts, boundaries and the owner's capacity. A business may look successful from the outside, but without a secure roof its growth can leave both the business and its owner exposed.
Future growth: more clients, a new service, a different market, higher turnover or a bigger team. The Blueprint encourages you to choose one meaningful priority for the next 90 days, rather than attempting to build five competing extensions at once.
Finally, you identify one action to take that week — something specific, realistic and small enough to begin within seven days. This turns strategic reflection into practical movement.
The Blueprint prompts you to ask: Does my business flow? Are there rooms I no longer need? Do I need to strengthen the foundations? And, perhaps most importantly, would I happily move into this business today?
Effective marketing is not simply about attracting more people. It is about bringing the right clients into a business that is properly structured, sustainable and ready to serve them.
