I'm Liz Rowlands FCMI, GMBPsS — a Strategic Director and Strategic Growth Specialist & Mentor with thirty years in business. I help ambitious business owners step out of the day-to-day, think more clearly and make confident decisions about what comes next.
My approach combines strategic thinking with practical implementation. I won't give you a generic formula or create an impressive-looking plan that sits unused. I'll help you examine the reality of your business, challenge what may be holding it back and focus on the actions that will create meaningful progress.
My background in operations, leadership, psychology, coaching and consultancy means I understand that business decisions are rarely only about numbers. They also involve people, capacity, confidence, competing demands and the kind of life you want the business to support.

I have spent my career helping organisations, leaders and individuals turn complexity into clearer direction and stronger delivery.
I am primarily a Strategic Director: responsible for seeing the bigger picture, identifying opportunities, shaping direction and ensuring that ambitious plans could be implemented. Across thirty years in business I have led complex programmes and teams, achieved significant organisational improvement and supported organisations through growth and change. I understand the pressure of being responsible for results while managing people, uncertainty and competing priorities.
My operational understanding is an important part of that experience, because it means I do not treat strategy as a document. I understand what must happen commercially, operationally and through people for a strategic decision to produce a result.
My MSc Psychology and specialist work in neurodiversity, menopause and workplace inclusion have deepened the way I approach strategy and leadership. They help me examine not only what an organisation intends to achieve, but the real human conditions required to deliver it.
Today, I work with ambitious business owners, leaders and organisations through the Business Blueprint and ORBIT Method, Strategy Masterminds, the 90-Day Growth Programme, ongoing strategic support, executive coaching, workplace development and speaking.
I combine senior strategic experience with the ability to turn direction into delivery. I understand commercial decisions, organisational complexity and the human realities that determine whether change succeeds. Clients gain a trusted thinking partner who can see the bigger picture, challenge assumptions and help convert ambition into focused action.
